The best way to get in touch with me is via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or if your question is regarding a particular task or project, please add it to the comments in our Project Management System (this is the absolute best way to keep track of tasks so that no details are missed).
If you need help or have questions, let me know! Don't worry about "bugging me". Whatever it is, don't suffer and try to get through it on your own. I'm here to help, and that means you can reach out and get help when you need it.

In terms of the way I manage documents and tools, the most effective way is to use Google Docs. The reason for this is:

All time spent on your projects and tasks is tracked to the minute using Harvest accounting software. I will send you weekly progress reports to keep you updated on how your hours are being utilized.
I invoice through Harvest. Harvest will automatically send you your invoice on the 1st business day of the month along with payment reminders. If you have any questions regarding your invoices feel free to message me at any time.
When you buy a package of time from me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. My commitment to you affects how many other clients I can take on. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over to the next month.
